Notice of Financial Incentives

Dollarwise – Notice of Financial Incentives

Hammer Media, LLC (“Hammer Media”) offers the Dollarwise Referral Games program (the “Program”), that provides participants with the opportunity to receive rewards and other benefits in connection with their participation. Under California law, the Program may be considered a financial incentive because participants provide personal information in connection with the opportunity to earn rewards or prizes.

What information is involved?

Depending on your participation in the Program, we may collect and use personal information such as:

•Identifiers and contact information (such as your name, email address, account username, and referral code);

•Account and subscription information;

•Information regarding your participation in the Referral Games or other referral program, including referral activity and referral counts;

•Internet or other electronic network activity information associated with your use of the Dollarwise platform; and

•Any other personal information described in our Privacy Policy that is reasonably necessary to administer the program.

How the program works

Participants who enroll in the Program may earn rewards or become eligible for prizes based on successful referrals, as set forth in the Official Contest Rules.

Participation in the Program is entirely voluntary.

How to opt in

You can opt in to the Program by following the enrollment instructions presented within the Dollarwise app or website and affirmatively agreeing to participate.

Right to withdraw

You may withdraw from the program at any time by following the instructions in your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Withdrawal from the program will not affect your ability to use Hammer Media's products and services, although you may no longer be eligible to receive rewards, benefits, or prizes associated with the program.

Value of your data

We determine the value of the personal information associated with the Program using a reasonable, good-faith method that considers the value of participant and referral information to our business, the costs of offering and administering the Program, and the expenses associated with collecting, maintaining, and using participant information. We believe the rewards and benefits offered through the Program are reasonably related to the value of the personal information associated with Program participation.
